Sun Beams' School
The history of education in Sun Beams’ Campus is approximately 132 years old, and is intertwined with the advent of the American Episcopal Church towards the concluding years 19th century. The institution is situated in the open and green area Cantonment of Kanpur, which was the historical theatre of the first war of Independence, fiercely fought at Cawnpore, now Kanpur, in 1857, and this also included the site at which many institutions stand today including Sunbeams’.

Present day world is out and out, a consequence of Indian discoveries. No discipline of science would survive without Aryabhatta’s discovery of numbers. From computers which operate on binary system i.e. 0 and 1 to the infinite series of mathematics it’s India without which the world would have remained remotely ancient.
Medicine, surgery, yoga, mathematics, fine arts have all their origins in India. Recent discoveries, in no other country than United States, have revealed that first flight, wireless system of communication, discovery of electricity, which has been attributed to western names, has actually been discovered earlier in India. The matter needs to be probed and the truth comes to light.
